Executive Summary

Questa Solutions designed and implemented Accommodations4U, a digital platform enabling short-term housing rentals for interns and professionals relocating to Luxembourg. The solution streamlines the entire rental lifecycle—from property discovery to KYC validation, digital contract management, AI-powered support, and post-stay handover.
The system integrates a web portal for landlords, micro apps for tenants and cleaning staff, and role-based dashboards for corporate HR. By combining automation, AI assistance, and secure digital workflows, the platform reduces administrative overhead, minimizes disputes, and enhances user experience for all stakeholders.

Problem Statement

The quick  economic growth of Luxembourg has led to many intern  and young professional scoming to work in the country and requiring short-term housing. Traditional rental management methods—manual bookings, email-based document handling, and in-person check-ins—proved inefficient and prone to errors.

  • Lack of centralized tenant management: Manual tracking of contracts, deposits, and     documents led to data silos and errors.
  • Cumbersome onboarding: Verifying KYC documents and coordinating payments manually delayed approvals.
